Educational Qualification:

• Research Associate-I - Ph.D in Geography/Geology/Disaster Management/Urban Planning/Geoinformatics from recognized University or Institutes with atleast one research paper in any Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal WITH 1st Class M.Sc/M.Tech in Geography/Geology/Disaster Management/Urban Planning/Geo Informatics securing minimum 65% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA with 1st Class in Graduation level. + One year working experience in the field of Disaster Management with preparation of disaster mitigqation plan, disaster hazard/ risk zonation, etc 2 Working knowledge of Remote Sensing and GIS software packages such as ERDAS, Arc-GIS, QGIS, ENVI, etc

Age Limit: (As on 17.11.2017)

• Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 35 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
